Art is the process from the beginning of man, and therefore a synonym of science. Today, the essence of art can be seen in the expression of human creativity. Art can also be interpreted with something man-made that an element of beauty.
Art is very difficult to explain and difficult to assess. That each individual artist to choose their own rules and parameters that lead him or his office, can still be said that art is a process and a product of choosing a medium, and a set of rules for the use of the medium.
A set of values that determine what is appropriate to send it through the medium of expression, to convey both beliefs, ideas, sensations, and feelings in a way as effectively as possible to the medium. Even so, many artists influenced by other people of the past, and also some guidelines have emerged to reveal certain ideas through symbolism and forms (such as death meaningful lily and red roses mean love). Art media used divided by 3, namely:
1. Art that can be enjoyed through the media or hearing (audio art), for example, music, sound art, and literary arts, poetry and verse
2. Art enjoyed the visual media (visual art)) such as paintings, posters, architecture, martial arts movement, and so on.
3. Art enjoyed through sight and sound media (audio-visual art) as musical performances, puppet show, movie
